Abstract
The comparison of
8PMGGJB
sp. culture was investigated with different types of bio-fertilizer
formula. The objectives were compared the average weight of
8PMGGJB
sp. each 4 treatments with 4
replicates each that used cow dung, duck dung, chicken dung and goat dung. Mixture of each bio-
fertilizer was formulated by ratio of 60 gram dung in 30 liter water. The beginning of experiment was
started by culturing
8PMGGJB
sp. of 1 gram/liter that the data were collected every week for 4 weeks.
The results showed that
8PMGGJB
sp. biomass were 166.47±12.38, 171.26±13.60, 207.57±6.07 andǰ
167.83±7.32 gram wet weight, respective. Interestingly, there were significant difference (P<0.05)
between treatments which shown highest biomass of
8PMGGJB
sp. in chicken dung formula followed by
duck dung, goat dung and cow dung, respectively. The results suggested that cultivation of
8PMGGJB
sp.
should be supplemented by chicken dung.
