Abstracts
The adsorption of ethylene by natural zeolite to study the delay ripening of banana have been studied
using a 5T and 34T cluster of H-ZSM-5 zeolite and calculated at the ONIOM (HF/6-31G (d,p):UFF) and ONIOM
(B3LYP/6-31G (d,p):UFF) level the adsorption energy to be -6.67 and -13.17 kcal/mol respectively. The result for
studying was the interaction of ethylene on H-ZSM-5 zeolite and then have been experiment using natural zeolite
absorbs ethylene gas from ripening process of banana for delay the ripening of banana so predicting that the
ethylene gas from ripening process of banana was the ethylene oligomerization with catalyzed by natural zeolite.
