Abstract
Development of a computer program to help facilitating and reduce errors in calculating the costs associated with
the food catering service. By applying the functions in the Microsoft Excel 2003 program, including the writing and
development of the applications with VBA (Visual Basic for Application) and then test the effectiveness of the program by
using the 5 level evaluating form. According to the appraisals from experts and officials responsible for catering service,
all working at the Royal Thai Naval Supply Department, it was found that this program got a satisfactory rating and could
be used in accordance to the objectively.
