Abstract
An achievement test is a research tool for developing and solving problem in learning and teaching process.
This test should have a good content validity, difficulty power, item discrimination, and reliability. Normally, a
process of developing that test takes more time. This paper presents an online evaluation system for the research tool
in a learning achievement test. Objective of this system is to manage research, testing, and sample data. Each Item of
test evaluating in content validity is done by the expert. The test evaluating of difficulty power, item discrimination
and reliability is done by the selected sample. The satisfied test can be showed and exported in a document format.
Outcomes of system assessment by 30 users show that the efficiency and validity of system using is satisfy.
