Abstract
This study is the one-group Quasi-Experimental Research with pre and posttest. The main aim
of this study is finding the Effectiveness of PBRU Thai massage in the treatment of Migraine patients at
Thai Traditional Medicine Clinic, Phetchaburi Rajabhat University. Thirty subjects were recruited through
purposive sampling. Each subject attended 60 minutes session of PBRU Thai massage for 3 session.
Thai PBRU massage applies from Thai Royal massage and Cha-loi-sak massage including counsel of Thai
traditional medicine. Data were collected through interviews. Data analysis was done by computing
statistics. The results showed that the subjects had a lower average score of pain score
(

(p<0.001). The results of counsel showed that after the experiment the subjects had a higher average
score (
