บทคัดยอ
การเตรี ยมเซรามิก (Zn(1-x)Mgx) โดยที่ x = 0.0, 0.1, 0.2 และ 0.3 เตรียมดวยวิธี การผสมออกไซดแบบ
ดั้งเดิม และทําการตรวจสอบพฤติ กรรมการเกิดเฟสของสารเซรามิกที่ เตรียมไดดวยวิ ธีการเลี้ยวเบน ศึกษาลักษณะ
เกรนและขนาดเกรนเฉลี่ ยดวยกลองจุ ลทรรศน อิเล็ กตรอนแบบสองกราด ตอมาศึกษาสมบัติไดอิ เล็กตริ ก พบวามี
โครงสรางแบบผลึกลูกบาศก ขนาดของเกรนโดยเฉลี่ย 3.3, 1.9, 2.0 และ 2.6 ไมโครเมตร ตามลําดับ สําหรับคาได
อิเล็กตริกมีคามากที่ความถี่ 800 kHz เมื่อ x= 0.1 และ 0.3 เปน 49.3 และ 48.7 ตามลํ าดับ สําหรั บ x = 0.0 และ 0.2 ที่
ความถี่ 1 MHz มีคาคงที่ไดอิเล็กตริกเปน 55.3 และ 68.5 ตามลํ าดับ

Abstracts
The ceramics (Zn1-xMgx)TiO3 where x = 0.0, 0.1, 0.2 and 0.3 are prepared using conventional solid state
reaction method. Microstructure and dielectric properties of these ceramics were characterized. The results show
that the crystal structure of the ceramics are cubic. The average grain size of the ceramics are 3.3, 1.9, 2.0 and 2.6
micron where x= 0.0, 0.1, 0.2 and 0.3 respectively. The maximum value of contraction, density and the minimum
relative porosity value of these ceramics were found at x = 0.2. The dielectric values of the ceramics are large at
800 kHz and these dielectric value are 49. and 48.7 when x = 0.1 and 0.3 respectively. At the 1 MHz, the ceramic
dielectric is 55.3 and 68.7 when x = 0.0 and 0.2. It was also found that the dielectric loss tangent values would be
increased when a temperature was increasing at every frequency.
