The result indicated that Pb and Cd in each sample plot were no effect to the growth of Cattail
significantly at P 0.05 but it has decreasing effect to the growth of Duckweed when the concentration of the
both heavy metal was increased. The efficiency of Cattail can be decreased the concentration of Pb and Cd in
water as 100% and in every concentration. For Duckweed, it can be decreased Cd as 100% and in every
concentration and can be decreased Pb as 100% in concentration at 0.1 and 0.3 mg/l and it can be decreased Pb
as 85% at the concentration 0.6 mg/l.
