The purposes of this research were: 1) to compare the learning achievement pretest and posttest scores in Social Studies
Religions, Cultural Learning Strand by CIPPAMODEL; 2) to compare the learning achievement pretest and posttest scores in Social
Studies Religions, Cultural Learning Strand by Conventional Instruction; 3) to compare of Learning Achievement scors in Social
Studies Religions, Cultural Strand by CIPPAMODEL and the Conventional Instruction and 4) to study the GroupWork Behaviors of
the CIPPA MODEL. The sample consisted of eighty Mathayomsuksa two students of Thachana School, Amphoe Thachana,
Suratthani Province, in the second semester of 2009 in Suratthani Educational Service Area Office 2. Through the simple random
sampling technique, the sample were divided into two groups of fourty students : the experimental group of CIPPAMODEL and a
control group of Conventional Instruction. The instruments usedwere: 1) nine lesson plans of CIPPAMODEL: 2) the nine lesson plans
of Conventional Instruction.; 2) learning achievement test in Social Studies Religions, Cultural Learning Strand and 3) group work
behaviors observation form .The collected data were analyzed bymean of Descriptive Statistics. The t-test and Analysis of Covarince
was utilized for comparison purposes. Research finding were as follows : 1) The learning achievement posttest score in Social Studies
Religions, Cultural Learning Strand Learning by CIPPA MODEL was significantly higher than the pretest at the .01 level. 2) The
learning achievement posttest score in Social Studies Religions, Cultural Strand Learning by Conventional Instruction was
significantly higher than the pretest at the .01 level. 3) The learning achievement posttest score in Social Studies Religions, Cultural
LearningStrandbyCIPPAMODELand theConventional Instruction toAdjustment learning achievement pretest scorewas significantly
higher than the pretest at the .01 level. 4) TheGroupWorkBehaviors of students in five group learning byCIPPA MODEL were
higher the pretest from 27-28 to 45-46 of the total score50.When consider theobservation, the score in observation first weekof the
fivegroupwere27-28,while thescore of the fifth weekobservation 37-42. the score of the ninth week observation wereat45-47.
