Abstract
The objectives of this study were to investigate the level of organizational citizenship behaviors of
Tambon Administrative Organization Officials in Changwat Songkhla and at identifying factors related to it. The
sampling group consists of 305 Tambon Administrative Organization Officials. Data collection was based on
Questionnaires and analyzed by SPSS and LISREL 8.53.
The results of the study revealed that the organizational citizenship behaviors of Tambon Administrative
Organization Officials as a whole was at a high level. The variables in adjusted model accounted for 64 percent of
