the variance in organizational citizenship behaviors. Variables having a statistically significant direct effect on
organizational citizenship behaviors were perceived organizational support, organizational commitment.Variables
having a statistically significant indirect effect on organizational citizenship behaviors were : 1) job satisfaction
indirectly affecting through organizational commitment; 2) perceived organizational justice, and 3) perceived
organizational support indirectly affecting through job satisfaction and organizational commitment.
