Abstract
This research aims to study the behavioral level in having organizational citizenship behavior and the
factors effecting the supporting team’s (of the Faculty of Medicine, Prince of Songkla University) organizational
citizenship behavior. The target population was 192 middle level administrators. A questionnaire which the
researcher had created was used as a research tool. The data were analyzed by using frequency values,
percentages, means, standard deviations and the correlation analysis between the independent variables, the latest
of which were composed of personal factors and work satisfaction to the following variable as the organizational
citizenship behavior based on the use of statistical analysis, enter multiples regression analysis.
The research result showed that the organizational citizenship behavior in all five areas were in the
highest level (

When the factors effecting the supporting staff’s (of the Faculty of Medicine, Prince of Songkla
University) organizational citizenship behavior were considered, it was found that the influenced factors upon the
organizational citizenship behavior could be ordered from more to less as : operative work duration (

0.001 level could be combined with above to predict the organizational citizenship behavior in the level of 23%
