Abstract
The goal of this research is to team building and develop quality for productivity improvement by
applying Quality Control Circle (QCC), a case study of One Tambon One Product group in Panomwung Sub-
Districts, Kounkanun Districts, Pattalung Province. Preliminary study, the problem of joining group begins to
approach disintegrate due to productivity capability have been reducing. Firstly, The group is to create QCC
Team. All member in team studies a problem to determine the root cause . The reason it can be conclusion is
Marketing competitiveness. After that analyze the data of pareto and fishbond diagram, It found that the case is
product design and product design and development of several and strange product. Finally steps improvement
