บทคั ดย่อ
โครงการวิจัยนี้เป็นการศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ ในการแยกน้้ามันออกจากน้้าเสียที่ จากโรงงานผลิตไบโอดีเซล โดยใช้
วิธีเติมกรดซัลฟิวริก โดยพบว่าปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการปริมาณของน้้ามันที่แยกออกมาได้แก่ pH ของระบบ และเวลาในการกวนผสม
โดยสามารถแยกน้้ ามันได้สู งสุดที่สภาวะ pH ของระบบเท่ากับ 3 และเวลาในการกวนผสม 5 นาที โดยองค์ประกอบของ
น้้ามั นประกอบด้วยเอสเตอร์ร้ อยละ 56.9 โดยน้้าหนัก และกรดไขมั นอิสระร้อยละ 38.1 โดยน้้าหนัก ซึ่งสามารถใช้ เป็น
วั ตถุดิบในการผลิ ตไบโอดีเซลได้ โดยใช้ปฏิ กิ ริ ยาเอสเตอริ ฟิเคชั นนอกจากนั้ นน้้าเสี ยที่ผ่ านการแยกน้้ามันออกยังมี
ค่าพารามิเตอร์ความสกปรกได้แก่ BOD5COD และ ปริมาณไขมันและน้้ามันลดลงมาก แต่อย่างไรก็ตาม pHของน้้าเสียมียั ง
ค่าค่อนข้างต่้ า ซึ่งต้องผ่ านกระบวนการปรับ pH ด้วยสารละลายโซเดี ยมไฮดรอกไซด์ หรือแคลเซียมออกไซด์ ก่อนเข้ าสู่
ระบบบ้าบัดน้้ าเสียต่อไป

Abstract
In this work, the possibility of oil separation from biodiesel wastewater by de-soap reaction
using H2SO4 was investigated. The parameters which impact on the quantity of separated oil are pH of
reaction system and mixing time. The maximum yield of separated oil was met at pH of reaction
system of 3 and mixing time of 5 min. Due to the separated oil compositions are of 56.9 %wt. of ester
and 38.1 %wt. of free fatty acid, it can be used as raw material for biodiesel production by
esterification. Following the oil separation process, the wastewater parameters i.e. BOD 5, COD, oil and
grease were decreased. In addition, the lower pH of wastewater must be improved by adding of NaOH
or CaO before enters to the wastewater treatment process.
