Abstract
Research on the aesthetics of the temple murals. Around Songkhla Lake. The objective is to
keep a record content model of the temple murals. Educational information for use as evidence. Aesthetic
Valuable and beauty of art and anderstand the beauty that appear linked to culture. The collect is copied
including conservation mural painting. Way to explore photography. Mural Buddhist temple also include
Wang temple, Wiharnberk temple, Khu Tao temple, Matchimavas temple and Phopathomavas temple. The
study found that each each of the murals are very different. In both forms colors and unique local skills.
Mural painting in Matchimavas temple. Painting style from centralized paint in the southern provinces. As
well as Wang temple and Wiharnberk temple Phathalung province. Mural at Phophathomavas frame the
image color is greenish blue. A bright red wall, Using bamboo poles deceived by yellowish green. Ku Tao
temple mural is tempera painting are local artisans. Use color to monochrome. Focused on drawing line.
The dominant color is brown to dark blue. The image will look like with the shadow play. A Traditional
painting show the local identity completely in terms of art. Culture and archaeology.
