Abstract
This research aimed to study customers’ characteristics and their attitude toward the marketing mixes of the
Chinese noodle flour factory located in Nopphitam District, Nakhon Si thammarat Province. The data were
collected from 120 customers. Percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test and LSD were employed to
analyze the raw data and to test the hypotheses. The main findings are as follows. Most of the customers were
female, 40-49 year old and primary school graduates. Their major occupation was a Chinese noodles seller,
