Abstract
The objectives of this study were (1) to elicit opinions regarding learning atmosphere in an organization
for employees of Ratyindee Hospital Public Company, (2) to elicit opinions on factors influencing learning
atmosphere of employees of Ratyindee Hospital Public Company and (3) to investigate factors influencing
learning atmosphere of employees of Ratyindee Hospital Public Company. The sample for the study included 191
employees of Ratyindee Hospital,. The findings of the study reveal the following.
1. Overall, the opinions of the employees regarding learning atmosphere in dimension of Open Climate,
Autonomous Climate, Controlled Climate and Familiar Climate are also high level. However, Paternal
Climate are in average.
2. Overall, the opinions of the employees regarding factors influencing learning atmosphere factors-organizational
structure, Personel Resource Management policy, nature of job. and internal relationship in work units are
high level. However, administration of supervisors and financial are in average.
3. The stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis reveals that the following Factors such as nature of job, internal
relationship in work units and organizational structure are found to be good predictors for learning atmosphere in
an organization, with predictive efficiency of 56.4%.
