Abtract
Nature of Geomorphology within the Pupapett Cave serve for eco-tourism , Palmpatana Tambon
,Manung District ,Satun. Classification purposes by characteristics of geomorphology that occur within the
Pupapett cave . Along with geologic mapping and public information leaflet of geomorphologies within cave
serve for tourists. The nature of approach by exploration the characteristics on the particular geomorphological
characteristics that may be found within the cave. Put the data into the geographic information system (GIS) in
Arc Catalog application . Line, polygon, and point are specific characteristics that allow by Arc GIS and due to
used for mapping and analyze to classify the nature of geomorphology by recording in table by style type
including shape of morphological type in groups. By Microsoft Word and Photoshop CS ;Selecting only the
important and distinctive morphology serve in the public information leaflet .
Study results showed that the dimensions of length of the trails within the cave were 830.85 m. Within
the cave ;The resulting karst geomorphology classified into eight categories of 58 morphological differences.
Including with 31 morphological stalactites, 4 morphological stalagmites, 14 morphological monolithes , 5
morphological stone stairs,1 morphological wookey hole, 1 morphological field collapse , 1 morphological well
and 1 morphological stone bridge. The classification of the important Karst geomorphology within the Pupapett
Cave classified into 5 categories of 20 morphological differences from 58 morphological all. These amounts
included with the largest amount of 13 morphological stalactites,2 morphological monolithes, 3 morphological
stalagmites,1 morphological stone stairs and 1 field collapse. These due to data based in Pupapett Cave mapping
for visitors . These make a advantages for the visitors to make a decisions for visiting to Pupapett Cave for a
holiday .Moreover , These are based on the advantage for agencies ,as well as relevant authorities for their travel
program and manage their travel program.
