Abstract
This objectives of this research are to compare between 1.expectation and 2.satisfaction of visitor
services to Rongkluea Market. The study used questionnaires in 400 samples who were visitor services and the
sample size is defined by way of Yamane (1967) has 400 samples by the sampling method for easy Data analysis
using descriptive statistics such as percentage, mean and standard deviation. The results showed that product
factors is the most important in decisions to use services, followed by the price factor.People and places,
respectively. Most consumers focus on product and price are key. The user is expected that more preference to
