Abstract
This paper aims to study the intellectual utilization in the order to build brand and make profits of
Thanachart Capital Limited Company. The results have revealed that the company applies human capital for brand
building via financial products. The study also found that company‘s marginal revenue of human capital is 75.81
Million Baht. Consequently, Return on Equity Ratio (ROE) has increased 135.77% between 2007 and 2008.The
empirical result indicate that building brand by using human capital enhance company ‘s profits.
