Abstract
The objectives of this research were 1) to study the impact of the additional Web-based lessons for
descriptive writing, 2) to study the opinions of the experiment group towards the lessons. The experiment group
were 22 second year students of English for International Communication Program, Foreign Languages
Department, Liberal Arts Faculty, Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya Songkhla. The research
instruments were; the writing task, the scoring rubrics and the questionnaire. The criteria of scores were set at 50
percent as the leastest. The percentage and means were also used to analyze the data.
