การวิ จัยกึ่ งทดลองเพื่อศึกษาผลของโปรแกรมการมี ส่วนร่วมของพยาบาลต่อการปฏิ บัติการพยาบาลเพื่อป้ องกัน
การติดเชื้อจากการคาสายสวนทางหลอดเลือดดํากลาง มีกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็ นพยาบาลวิชาชี พที่ปฏิบัติงานในหอผู้ป่ วยสามัญ
แบ่งเป็ นกลุ่มควบคุ ม 30 คน ที่ มีการปฏิบัติในการดูแลผู้ป่ วยที่คาสายสวนทางหลอดเลื อดดําส่วนกลางตามปกติและกลุ่ม
ทดลอง 30 คน ซึ่ งได้รับโปรแกรมการมีส่ วนร่วมของพยาบาลในการส่ งเสริ มการปฏิบัติตามหลักฐานเชิงประจักษ์เพื่อ
ป้ องกันการติดเชื้ อจากการคาสายสวนทางหลอดเลือดดําส่ วนกลาง โดยมีพยาบาลอาสาสมัครจํานวน 12 คน เข้ าร่วมใน
การจัดทําแผนการดําเนินงาน ผลการศึกษาพบว่าโปรแกรมการมีส่ วนร่วมของพยาบาลส่ งผลให้การปฏิบัติการพยาบาล
เพื่อป้ องกันการติดเชื้ อจากการคาสายสวนทางหลอดเลือดดําส่ วนกลางเพิ่มขึ้ นอย่างมี นัยสําคัญทางสถิติ (P<0.05)

Abstract
This quasi-experimental study aimed to examine the effect of nurse participation program on nursing
practices for prevention of central venous catheter infection. Subjects were nurse practitioners in general surgery
and medicine ward in tertiary hospital of southern Thailand. Thirty subjects of the experimental group received nurses
participation programs in promoting the evidence based practices to prevent central venous catheter infection.
The experimental instrument was the 12 nurse volunteers to participation and create project promote the evidence based
practices to prevent central venous catheter infection. The finding of this study indicated that nurses participation
programs in promoting the evidence based practices could increase the nursing practices for prevention of central
venous catheter infection (p < .05)
