Abstract
The research of Desirable Chief Executive Leadership Research; Rolling Mill Factory Case, is to
study success qualification or factors of executive leadership. This paper usedǰboth quantitative and
qualitative method, quantitativeǰmethod is to collect data from the population in 7 groups; Senior
Executive Vice President, Executive Vice President, Vice President, First Assistant Vice President,
Assistant Vice President, Department Manager and supervisor; and use of qualitative method to
interview Chief Executive and Senior Executive Vice President in Rolling Mill Factory. The research
