ABSTRACT
The objectives of this research are 1) To study the roles of local administrative organization to the
reinforcement of community core competency in order to be a case study of teaching integration for the
students majoring in Public Administration 2) To sort and collect the data of the local way of life in
accordancewith the sufficient economy inNa-ku Sub- districtMunicipality 3) To study local points of view
versus the roles of local administrative organization which is positioned as the reinforcement center of
community core competency. The people in Na-ku Sub-district Municipality, Na-ku District, Kalasin
Province were used as an entire population. The cluster random sampling and the purposive
sampling were utilized to conduct the research. The observation, the questionnaire and the depth
interview were used to collect the data.
The results of the study are shown as follows:
1) The Na-ku local administrative organization has taken the entire role as the reinforcement
center of community core competency in every aspect. The members have strong belief in their potential
and are ready to deal with their own problems and the community’s problems cooperatively. They also
have been learning and participating in the community’s organizational process, and folkways through the
leader’s continuous encouragement. They are love conscious and place a high value in the preservation
of traditional and cohesive local customs and lifestyle. Expressing harmony is crucial and it is the
highest aspect to create the community core competency. Furthermore, there is a supportive factor
to make it more constant which promotes the folkways in accordance with the sufficient economy.
