Abstract
TDFREP241 is an up-regulated expression transcription derived fragment (TDF) in high yielding
Hevea
clone. The sequence of TDFREP241 is high homology to ankyrin-repeat domain zinc finger protein (
KR1
) gene.
The aim of this research is to study the expression pattern of TDFREP241 in
Hevea brasiliensis
by semi-
quantitative RT-PCR technique. The expression of TDFREP241 in various tissues of
Hevea
seedlings was
significant difference.
