Abstract
This cross-sectional study aim to studies risk level and the relation of risks: systolic blood presser, age, fating
blood sugar, cholesterol, HDL cholesterol, smoking, and risk levels of coronary heart disease in women with
hypertension by Framingham Risks Scores. The samples are women aged 33-95 year olds whom were diagnosed as a
hypertension and visited Kraseasin hospital, Songkhla province. Health status and 6 risks were reviewed from medical
record for one year. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and odds ratio. Result of this study found 1 in 3 is
high risk level of coronary heart disease. If systolic blood presser, age, fasting blood sugar, or cholesterol is increases,
high risk level and incident of coronary heart disease will increases, too. But high HDL cholesterol is good, it decrees
risk levels and incident of coronary heart disease. The sample in the study no smoking so we cannot analyze. The study
showed that risk estimated and managements are important for preventing coronary heart disease.
