เครื่องฝานพืชผลทางการเกษตรแบบใบมี ดหมุน
A Rotary-Bladed Slice Agricultural Crop Machine.

บทคั ดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ออกแบบและสร้ างเครื่องฝานพืชผลทางการเกษตรแบบใบมีดหมุ น 2) ทดสอบ
และหาประสิ ทธิภาพของเครื่ องฝานพืชผลทางการเกษตรแบบใบมีดหมุน และ 3) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของกลุ่ มแม่บ้านแปร
รู ปผลไม้บ้านปากบึง ผู้วิจัยได้ ทาการออกแบบและสร้างเครื่องฝานพืชผลทางการเกษตรแบบใบมีดหมุนขึ้ นมา ซึ่งมีหลักการ
ทางานโดยใช้มอเตอร์ไฟฟ้า 220 โวลต์ 0.5 แรงม้า เป็นต้ นกาลังขับเคลื่อนให้จานยึดใบมี ดเคลื่อนที่แบบหมุนเพื่อฝานพื ชผล
ทางการเกษตร ผลผลิตที่ได้ จะตกลงบนชุดจานใบปัดแล้ วส่งไปยั งภาชนะรองรับภายนอกตัวเครื่ อง หลังจากนั้นได้นาไป
ทดลองใช้งานกับกลุ่มแม่ บ้านแปรรูปผลไม้ บ้านปากบึง จังหวัดราชบุรี จานวน 30 คน จากการทดลองเครื่ องฝานพืชผลทาง
การเกษตรแบบใบมี ดหมุนฝานวัตถุดิบให้ เป็นแผ่นที่ความหนา 1 มิลลิเมตร ที่ ความเร็วรอบใบมีด 250 รอบต่อนาที โดยการ
ทดสอบเครื่องจะได้อัตราการฝานเฉลี่ ย 137.10 กิโลกรัมต่อชั่ วโมง ซึ่งใช้แรงงานคนสามารถฝานได้เฉลี่ ย 15.24 กิโลกรั มต่อชั่วโมง
หลั งจากได้ทดลองเครื่องฝานพื ชผลทางการเกษตรได้อัตราการทางานเป็ น 9 เท่ าของการใช้แรงงานคน และความพึงพอใจ
ของกลุ่มแม่ บ้านแปรรู ปผลไม้บ้านปากบึง ที่มีต่อเครื่องฝานพืชผลทางการเกษตรแบบใบมี ดหมุนอยู่ ในระดับมากที่สุ ด

Abstract
The objective of the study were to 1) Design and construct a rotary-bladed slice agricultural
crop machine, 2) To test and find out efficiency of slice crop agriculture blade and 3) To evaluate the
women’s groups’ satisfaction after trail to the rotary-bladed slice agricultural crop machine.
Researchers have designed rotary-bladed slice agricultural crop machine. The principle of rotary-bladed
slice agricultural crop machine was power by 220 volts, 0.5 horsepower motor to thrust the rotating
plate for machine. The product would fall on the blade and flick plate, and then sent to a container
outside of the machine.After that, the researcher trail with women's groups processed fruit in Ban Pak
Bueng District, Ratchaburi Province, 30 people. The results showed that rotary-bladed slice agricultural
crop machine has a plate to a thickness of 1 mm speed of around 250 rpm blade testing machine can
slice an average rate of 137.10 kilogram per hour. The workers can slice and averaged 15.24 kilogram
per hour. After trial and slice agricultural crops have work rate is 9 times of human. The women’s
groups’ satisfaction after trail to the machine was at a highest level ( X =4.73, S.D=0.28).
