Abstract
This research aimed to study the direct and indirect Influences of Leadership Behaviors, Organizational
Culture and Human Resource Development on Employee Performance in State Enterprises and to investigate the
Path Analysis of Leadership Behaviors of Leadership Behaviors, Organizational Culture and Human Resource
Development on Employee Performance in State Enterprises.
There were 241,936 employees from 58 State Enterprises as the research populations as its Conceptual
Framework and Hypotheses. Multi-stage sampling method was used to acquire the samples. Questionnaires and
structured Interviews were conducted as the research instruments from theory concepts and operational
definitions.
The statistics used in this research included, 1) Factor analysis which was to find out the Construct
validity and scale accuracies, 2) Simple correlation analysis which was to investigate the relationships of
Leadership Behaviors, Organizational Culture and Human Resource Development on Employee Performance in
State Enterprises and 3) Multiple regression which was to acquire the Standard regression coefficient, Path
coefficient from the Structure equation model in order to find out direct and indirect Influences of Independent
variable towards Dependent variable.
The results revealed that Transformational Leadership, Adaptability Culture, Training and Development
Activities had direct influences on Employees Performance in State Enterprises. Moreover, Non –Leadership had
direct negative influences on Employees Performance in State Enterprises. It was found that Involvement Culture,
Mission Culture and Transactional Leadership by Training and Development activities had indirect influences on
Employees Performance in State Enterprises. In addition, Transformational Leadership effected on Adaptability
Culture, Involvement Culture and Mission Culture while Transactional Leadership effected on Mission Culture in
State Enterprises.
