Abstract
This studyof the establishment of human resource policyof Thamnob Sub–district Administration
Organisation and the result of implementation on human resource policy and the contentment of
local residents on implementation on human Resource policy undertaken by Thamnob Sub – district
Administration Organisation .
1. The results of the establishment of human resource policy of Thamnob Sub – district
Administration Organisation is based on the 4 year Songkhla action plan under Songkhla
administrative office (2005 – 2008) which is the model to specify the policy and development
guidelines comprising of 5 steps meeting , referendum , budget allocation ,follow-up action
andassessnebt.
2. The results of implementation on human resource policy are: Economic and tourism
development. The economic growth in Tambol. Thamnob residents has been gradually improved.
The main problem is inadequate development budget.Infrastructure. The well-being of Tambol
Thamnob residents have been slightly improved. The main problem is inadequate budget.
politics and administration. Tambol Thamnob residents have been slightly improved because
of inadequate development budget and Environment development. Tambol Thamnob residents

3. The contentment of local residents by implementing on human resource policy. Economic
and tourism. Generally, Tanbol Thamnob residents satisfied with what have been done by Thamnob
Sub – district Admisistration Organisation. Social development , Tambol Thamnob residents satisfied
with the implementation on social development. Infrastructure, Tambol Thamnob residents satisfied with
the implementation on infrastructure in the villages but moo 2 did not satisfied with the construction
projects and road restoration. Politics and administration. Tambol Thamnob residents satisfied with the
