2. Comparatively before and after the training, the change leadership based on the
two sets of the questionnaire with reference to the graduate students in the said training program,
the following obtained.
The said graduate students differed in change leadership as a whole before and after the
training at the .01 level of statistical significance. Considered by individual aspects, it was
found that they differed in the aspect of idealized influence at the .05 level of statistical
significance, and in the aspects of inspirational motivation and of intellectual stimulation
at the .01 level of statistical significance. No difference was found in the aspect of individualized
consideration. After the training, the change leadership was higher than before it.
The said graduate students did not differ in their attitude to change leadership as a whole as well as
by individual aspects either before or after the training, with higher change leadership
after the training than before it.
