Abstract
The purpose of research were to study the casual factors effect to educational management due
to national education standard of school under the office of the basic education commission in lower
southern part of Thailand in order build up the combination of Linear Structure Relationship Model.
This research use of a sample of 201 school administrator randomly chosen from a population
of 303 people. The data gathering instrument were 93 questionnaire and semantic differential
scale. The statistics for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, correlation
and Goodness of fit Measures of the model with evident data. Researcher used the Linear
Structure Relationship to analysis the combination of casual factors among the Path analysis
using Analysis of Moment Structure: AMOS. The research finding were as follows.
1. The casual factors effect to educational management due to national education standard
of school under the office of the basic education commission in lower southern part of Thailand
are the Leadership factors and climate of school factors. That is Transformational Leadership
directly effect in the most positive way, later is the climate of school factor and Transactional
Leadership to contingent reward. This three factors indicate that the variance of child center
is at 61 percent and indicate that the variance of school based management is at 53 percent.
2. By path analysis, we obtain that the model fits the most to evident data and Goodness
of fit Measures of the model satisfies the fixed criteria. That is Chi-square statistics is at
10.801, Goodness of fit Index is at 0.986, Adjusted Goodness of fit Index is at 0.959, Root
Mean Square Residual is at 0.010 and Root Mean Square Error of Approximation is at 0.000.
