III. R
ESULT
The sustainable house is the guide line to design the
high efficiency of energy conservation home that contains
the human comfort. This house is using energy efficiently
and sustainably.
A. The Characteristic of the Sustainable House
The sustainable house was constructed in less budget
and time. The house can keep indoor temperature stably
in summer and winter, which cause of energy saving. The
applied of the renewable energy made this house
sustainably, and give some in come from electricity that
sale to the grid and bio gas.

B. Site Planning for Sustainable
This research uses the micro-climate modification
which is scientific knowledge to improve the
environment anal ecology due to sustainable development
in architecture.

Applying the tree and using the benefit such as
shading, wind direction control.

Applying the evaporation from the pond to reduce
the heat.
3.
Applying the wind to evaporate the sweat from the
human bodies.
The micro-climate modification by applying the tree
and pond can reduce the temperature in day time.

Selecting the laminate glass that can reduce the
infrared and ultraviolet this glass can improve the
safety and security.

Selecting the uPVC frame that can reduce heat
gain, infiltration, dust and noise from
environment.
