5.
Selecting the furniture and interior material that
are not collecting heat and moisture.
6.
Selecting the high efficiency 18,000 btu air
condition that install in the atria and used the air
duct to distribute chilled air all house.
7.
All materials used do not affected to the user, but
increasing the quality of life.
8.
All materials used have low maintenances.
9.
All materials used able to protect termite perfectly.
E. The Usable Area of the Sustainable House
The prototype of the sustainable house has 2 stories.
First floor used for multi-propose area, living room, bed
room, kitchen, W.C. and parking area. Second floor used
for bed room, pray room, W.C. and other.

From the design of the Sustainable Home, the
researcher was built the prototype for proving the
hypothesis. The results from the study are:
1.
The construction cost of the prototype is
1,180,000 baths for usable area 180 m
2
, or average
6,515 bath/m
2
. These costs include the structure,
architecture finished and building system.
2.
The construction time is about 90 days, shorter
than the conventional house about 90 days.
3.
All of materials are high quality and high
efficiency such as uPVC frame, laminated glass,
building envelope that able to protect heat and
moisture.
4.
All of materials are long life time and long
maintenance.
5.
All of the house can used air-condition only
18,000 btu. These causes of energy saving from
air-condition system.
6.
The house is cool all time from the air-condition
system and the cool that sink in the building
structure. This cause the house dose not to open
door and window for natural ventilation.
7.
The house can protect the noise from the
environment such as noise from air condensing
unit, noise from traffic.
8.
The house can used day lighting through door and
window efficiency. This cause from artificial
lighting.
For the completely research has a questionnaire
from the sample for the factor of buying house decision.
The results from the questionnaire are:
1.
Factor of the usable area and functional 35%
2.
Factor of the commercial 30%
3.
Factor of the safety and security 18%
4.
Factor of the aesthetic 10%
5.
Factor of the energy saving 7%
6.
The sustainable house can respond to the modern
living and the factor of buying housing decision,
which are:
7.
The usable area can respond to the medium
families which include living room, multi-propose
area, kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 4 W.C.
8.
The construction cost average 6,515 baths/m2 that
lower than conventional house about 1.5 times.
The operating cost from the electricity demand
lower than conventional house about 6 times.
9.
Increasing the safety and security by using the
laminated glass.
10. The design of exterior and interior was beautiful,
good looking and functioning
11. Saving energy more than conventional house
about 6 times.
12.
13. The sustainable house can reduce the operating
cost from:
14. Reducing the electricity charge.
15. Reducing the maintenance cost from machine
fixing, glass and room cleaning etc.
16.
Reducing the maintenance cost from the furniture
fixing cause the UV.
17. The lower construction time can reduce owner
investment in bank interest, rent.
