Abstract
The objectives of this study is to detect bacterial diversity from high somatic cell and low
somatic cell raw milk samples. The V3 region of 16S rRNA gene was amplified by nested PCR and
were separated by Denaturing Gradient Gel Electrophoresis method. The result showed that
