initiate monitoring system and report to the university on usual basis. 3) Management. Although the management
structures of the coordination center are not official but they are able to monitor, supervise and look after their
staffs. The centers can run their operations independently. They are small in size and flexible when link with the
structure of the university. The center’ working performance are evaluated by using Key Performance Index.

into three areas. They are 1) Human resource. The center should prepare human resource development strategy.
The university should encourage and support the staffs by enhancing their potential and providing them
opportunity to advance further in their career. The center should develop a fair performance evaluation system so
as to encourage and boost staffs’ morale. 2) Resources. The centers should improve the appearance of their
building as they reflect the image of the university. Both of Thaksin University campuses should be able to share
resources of the centers and have a part in managing their budget. 3) Management. The center should run their
operations with unity and independence so as to boost working efficiency. The university should decentralize
authority to coordination centers so that they can manage all the tasks by themselves. The centers should be
developed to “One stop service”
