Abstract
Urban and industrial expansion of Kaengkhoi district, Saraburi province brought about impacts to water
use in agriculture of farmer a lot. From collect data, researches, deep interview, participation observes and
Chi-Square
test
indicated developing urban and industrial in Kaengkhoi district three periods ago was related with changing of the
water quantity and the water quality especially case of water pollution, water lacking and water rights.
