บทคัดยอ
1.พฤติ กรรมภาวะผูนําของผูบริหารโรงเรี ยนวิถีพุ ทธมีความสัมพันธทางบวกกับสภาพการดําเนินงานโรงเรียน
วิถีพุทธ อยูในระดับปานกลาง อย างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดั บ .01

สมการถดถอยที่ดีที่ สุด คือ Y = 1.391 + 0.501 X 4 + 0.203 X1 เมื่อ Y แทน สภาพการดํ าเนินงานโรงเรียนวิถีพุทธ, X4
แทน พฤติกรรมภาวะผูนํ าแบบมีส วนรวมและ X1 แทน พฤติกรรมภาวะผูนําแบบนําทาง มี ความสามารถในการทํานาย

Abstract
1. The analysis of leadership behavior of administrators of Buddhist way of life school affecting the success

were participatory leadership behavior, behaviors navigation leadership behaviors, supportive leadership behaviors
