การผลิตและผลตอบแทนจากการประกอบหัตถกรรมผายกเมืองนคร:

Production and Revenue of Nakhon Hand-woven Cloth Producers:
Case Study of Producers in Chianyai District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province

บทคัดยอ
งานวิ จัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงคเพื่อวิ เคราะหการผลิตและป จจัยที่มีความสัมพั นธกับผลตอบแทนของ
ผูประกอบการหัตถกรรมผายกเมืองนคร อํ าเภอเชียรใหญ จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช จํานวน 120 ราย แบงเปนผูผลิต
อิสระ 60 ราย และผูรับจ างผลิต 60 ราย สถิติที่ใชในการวิเคราะหขอมูล ไดแก ค าเฉลี่ย ค ารอยละ ไคสแควร และ
สัมประสิ ทธิ์การณจรคระแมร ผลการวิ จัย พบวา ผูผลิตสวนใหญเปนเพศหญิง มีอายุ ระหวาง 30 – 39 ป สําเร็จ
การศึกษาระดับชั้นประถมศึกษา สมรสแลว ทอผาเปนอาชีพเสริมโดยมีประสบการณ ทอผาไมเกิน 5 ป สวนใหญมีกี่
ทอผ าจํานวน 2 ตัว ใชเวลาทอผา 4 – 6 ชั่วโมงตอวัน โดยที่ 35.83% ของผูผลิตจําหนายผลผลิตโดยการขายสงใหกับ
พ อคาคนกลางในทองถิ่ น รายไดเฉลี่ยจากการทอผาเทากับ 13,765.42 บาทตอเดือน ในขณะที่มีตนทุนเฉลี่ย 5,326.83
บาท และกํ าไรเฉลี่ยตอเดื อนเทากับ 6,204 บาท การเปรียบเทียบผลกําไรพบวา ผูผลิตอิสระมีผลกําไรสูงกวาผู รับจาง
ผลิต โดยที่ปจจัยที่มีความสั มพันธกับกําไรของผูผลิต ไดแก อายุ ระดับการศึกษา จํานวนชั่วโมงทอผาในหนึ่งวัน
และลั กษณะการจําหนาย

Abstract
The aim of this research were to analyze economic production and to verify factors affecting monthly
revenue of Nakhon hand-woven cloth producers in Chianyai District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. The data
was collected from 60 independent weavers and 60 make- in-order weavers. μ, Chi-square and Cramer’s
Contigency coefficient were employed to test the hypotheses. The results indicated that hand-woven cloth making
was the second occupation of the producers. Most of the weavers were female, married and primary-school
graduates. The majority had less than 5 years weaving experience. Most of them used 2 looms for the production
and worked 4-6 hour a day at Nernthammang Arts and Crafts Centre. 35.83 % of the weavers sold their products
to local wholesalers. Average monthly revenue, production cost and profit stated at 13,765.42, 5,326.83 and 6,402
baht, respectively. The findings also revealed that independent producers earned more profit than the make- in-
order producers. Weavers’ age, level of education, working hour per day and the marketing channel were the
factors relating to their monthly profit.
