บทคัดย่อ
เห็ดป่ ารับประทานได้ที่พบในจังหวัดน่านได้ทําการจัดจําแนกอยู่ ใน Phylum Basidiomycota มี 7 ลําดับ (order) 16
วงศ์ (family) 22 สกุ ล (genus) และ 54 ชนิด(species) การสํารวจมูลค่าราคาจากทั้ งตลาดชุมชนและตลาดสดในจังหวัดน่าน
ได้แบ่ งกลุ่มเห็ ดป่ าตามระดับมูลค่าราคาเป็ น 3 ระดับ คื อ เห็ ดที่มีมูลค่าราคาสู ง (ประมาณ 200 บาทต่ อกิโลกรั มขึ้ นไป) ได้แก่
เห็ดไคร้ Boletus colossus และเห็ดเผาะ Astraeus hygrometricus เห็ดที่มีมูลค่ าราคาปานกลาง ประมาณ 100-200 บาทต่ อ
กิ โลกรัม ได้แก่ กลุ่มเห็ ดโคน Termitomyces sp. เห็ดโม่ งโก้งขาว Amanita princeps เห็ ดโม่งโก้งเหลื อง ) ก้านขาว ( Amanita
hemibapha Subsp. Javanica เห็ ดโม่งโก้งเหลื อง ) ก้านลายเหลื อง ( Amanita hemibapha Subsp. hemibapha เห็ ดด่านขาว
Russula delica เห็ดด่านเขียว Russula virescens เห็ดหอมดิน Agaricus campestris เห็ดกูด Agrocybe praecox เห็ดแดงดอก
อ่ อน Russula emetic กลุ่มเห็ ดเครื่ อง เห็ดตี นตุ๊กแก Schizophyllum commune และ เห็ ดลม Lentinus polychrous เห็ ดที่มี
มูลค่าราคาถูก มีราคาตํ่ากว่า 100 บาทต่ อกิโลกรัม ได้แก่ เห็ดหูหนูป่ า Auricularia sp. เห็ดมันกบ Polyporus luberaster และ
เห็ดหนังควาย ส่วนเห็ดที่มีราคาถูกที่สุด ได้แก่ เห็ดหั วเข่า Calvatia craniformis

Abstract
The edible wild mushrooms, found in Nan, was classified into Phylum Basidiomycota, 7 order 16 family 22
genus and 54 species. Survey of price value from the community and the fresh markets in Nan, can classify the group of
wild mushrooms by value into 3 levels, as followed; the high price mushrooms, approximately 200 bath per kilogram or
higher, included Boletus colossus and Astraeus hygrometricus . The middle price mushrooms, approximately 100-200
bath per kilogram, included Termitomyces sp., Amanita princeps, Amanita hemibapha Subsp. Javanica, Amanita
hemibapha Subsp. hemibapha, Russula delica, Russula virescens , Agaricus campestris , Agrocybe praecox , Russula
emetic (young stage) , a group of several mushrooms, Schizophyllum commune and Lentinus polychrous. The low price
mushrooms, approximately lower than 100 bath per kilogram, included Auricularia sp., Polyporus luberaster and
buffalo leather mushroom. In this level, the lowest price mushroom as Calvatia craniformis.
