Quality of Nursing Care in the Labor Room: An Islamic Perspective

บทคั ดยอ
งานวิจัยนี้เปนการวิจัยเชิงบรรยาย มี วัตถุ ประสงค เพื่อศึกษาคุณภาพการพยาบาลในหองคลอดตามมุ มมองของผูที่ นับถือศาสนา
อิสลาม ผูใหขอมูลจํานวน50คนผานการคัดเลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช ในการเก็บรวบรวมขอมูลเปนแบบสัมภาษณกึ่ง
โครงสราง มี 2สวนสวนที่ 1 เปนขอมูลส วนบุคคล สวนที่ 2 เปนแนวคําถามการสั มภาษณเกี่ยวกั บคุณภาพการพยาบาลในหองคลอด
ตามมุมมองของศาสนาอิสลาม แบบสัมภาษณผานการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาจากผูทรงคุณวุฒิ 3 ทานสวนการตรวจสอบ
ความเหมาะสมและความเปนไปไดของแนวคําถามดําเนินการโดยนําไปทดลองเก็บขอมูลในกลุมตัวอย างกอนใช จริง 2 ราย วิ เคราะห
โดยการแจกแจงความถี่ของขอมูลที่ไดจากการสัมภาษณเกี่ยวกับคุณภาพการพยาบาลในห องคลอดใชการวิเคราะหเนื้อหา(content analysis)
ผลการวิจัยพบวา องคประกอบคุ ณภาพการพยาบาลในหองคลอดตามมุ มมองของผูให ขอมูลทั้ง3กลุมมี 4องคประกอบไดแก 1)ด านการ
ดูแลจิตใจใหยึดมั่นต ออัลลอฮฺ 2)ดานการดูแลความสะอาดตามคําสอนศาสนาอิ สลาม3)ดานคุณลั กษณะและสมรรถนะของผูใหบริการที่
สอดคลองกับคําสอนศาสนาอิสลามและ4)ดานการส งเสริมความรวมมือในการดูแลระหวางครอบครัวผูใหบริ การผดุงครรภโบราณและ
เพื่ อนบาน ผลการวิจัยที่ได จะเปนขอมู ลพื้นฐานในการพัฒนารู ปแบบคุณภาพการพยาบาลในหองคลอดที่ เนนการดู แลตาม
หลักศาสนาอิสลามของหองคลอดโรงพยาบาลชุมชนใน 3 จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต

Abstract
Quality of care is a vital part of health care service. The objective of this descriptive researchwas to study the Islamic perspectives
of quality of nursing care in the labor room. Fifty participants were purposively selected The research instrument was composed of two parts.
Part one was a form for general data of the participants. Part two was a semi-structured interviewguideline regarding the quality of nursing care
in the labor room, developed by the researcher. Content validity of the instrument was approved by three experts. The appropriateness and the
feasibility of the questionswere verified by pilot testingwith two subjects. General datawere analyzed using frequency. Dataon this perspectives
regarding of quality of nursing care in the labor roomwere analyzed using content analysis. The results showed that the four aspects of quality of
nursing care in the labor room from the perspective of all three groups of participants are: 1) promoting Allah commitment; 2) performing care
for cleanliness following by Islamic teachings followed by Islamic teachings; 3) characteristics and competencies of care providers; and 4)
promoting collaboration in caring among families, providers, traditional birth attendants, and neighbors. Nurse administrators could utilize these
results in improving the qualityof nursing care in the labor roomparticularly inproviding care for Islamic patients.
