บทคัดยอ
การวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงคเพื่อศึกษาใหกับพนักงานขาย ความสัมพันธของตัวแปรสําคัญที่ใชพิจารณาการจ าย
ผลตอบแทนใหกับพนักงานขาย การศึกษาครั้งนี้เปนการวิจัยเชิงสํารวจ ประชากร คือ พนักงานขาย ขององคกรธุรกิจ
ประเภทสินคาอุตสาหกรรมในประเทศไทย 400 คน ประเภท นําเสนอในรูปโมเดลลิสเลล (Lisrel Model) โดยใช
โปรแกรมสําเร็จรูป AMOS version 6.0 พบวา โมเดลที่ พัฒนาขึ้ นมีความสอดคลองกับขอมู ลเชิงประจักษ ตลอดจน
โมเดลที่ พัฒนาขึ้นมี ความสามารถในการประเมินยอดขายสินคาประเภทอุตสาหกรรมประจําป พ.ศ. 2553 ไดระดั บดี
และเป นที่ยอมรับ ทั้งนี้เนื่องจากมีคาสหสัมพันธพหุคูณกําลังสอง (r2) เทากับ 0.703 คิดเปนรอยละ 70.3 และสามารถ
นําเสนอรู ปแบบการสรางยอดขายสินคาประเภทอุตสาหกรรมประจําป พ.ศ. 2553 ที่พัฒนาขึ้ นในรูปประหยัดได

Abstract
This research is for the objectives to study the sales ,in term of the relationship between the key factors
used to determine compensation. This study is a survey research. Population is 400 sales from industrial business
organization in Thailand .Presented by modeling of Lisrel model by using a computer program AMOS version 6.0.
The result shown that the model building industry sales year in 2010 B.C. to develop this computer
program was consistent with empirical data. Due to the multiple correlation squared (r 2) was 0.703 and
can offer a form of balance. Annual industry sales year in 2010 B.C to develop economical
ofParsimonious model also analyzes a model of industry sales year 2010 B.C
