School Administrators in Small Sized-Schools in Songkhla Province

การวิจัยในปี งบประมาณ 2554 มี วัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อสร้างและประเมินรูปแบบการพัฒนาครู และผู้ บริ หาร และ
เพื่อกําหนดแผนปฏิบัติการพัฒนาครู และผู้บริ หารตามรู ปแบบที่สร้ างขึ้ นในระยะที่ 2 ปี งบประมาณ 2555 ซึ่ งพื้นที่
ปฏิบัติการในโรงเรี ยน 5 แห่ ง คือ โรงเรี ยนวัดพังกก (ประชาพิทักษ์) โรงเรียนบ้านชะแม โรงเรี ยนวัดดี หลวง โรงเรี ยน
สมเด็จเจ้าพะโคะ และ โรงเรี ยนวัดนางเหล้า อําเภอสทิงพระ จังหวัดสงขลา ผลการวิ จัยพบว่า 1. ผลการประเมิ นรูปแบบ
การพัฒนาครู และผู้บริ หารของโรงเรี ยนทั้ ง 5 แห่ง(4 รู ปแบบ) และรูปแบบของสถานศึ กษาเครื อข่าย(รู ปแบบร่วม) โดย
ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ซึ่ งมาตรฐานด้านความเป็ นไปได้และมาตรฐานด้านความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบทุกสถานศึกษา
และรู ปแบบร่ วมอยู่ในระดับมาก และ 2. แผนปฏิบัติการของสถานศึกษาในการพัฒนาครู และผู้บริ หารสถานศึกษาตาม
รู ปแบบที่ พัฒนาขึ้ น มีโครงการการพัฒนาทักษะการคิดวิเคราะห์ การจัดการเรี ยนรู้โดยใช้โครงงาน การวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนา
องค์กร และการวิจัยและพัฒนานวัตกรรมการเรียนรู้ สําหรั บแผนปฏิบัติการตามรู ปแบบการพัฒนาร่ วมมี 2 โครงการคือ
การพัฒนาทักษะการสอนคิด และการผลิตและใช้สื่อเพื่อพัฒนาการเรี ยนรู ้

Abstract
This research work under the 2011 fiscal year was aimed at constructing and Assessment a model. and lay out
the action plan of the constructed model for development of teachers and administrators for operation in the second phase
in the 2012 fiscal year, where the operational area includes five schools, namely Wat Phangkok (Prachaphithak) School ,
Baan Chamae School , Wat Deeluang School, Somdet Chao Phakoh School and Wat Nanglao School of Sathingphra
District, Songkhla Province. The findings of the study reveal the following. I. The outcomes of an assessment of the
model for development of teachers and administrators in the small sized-schools, which include five schools (Four
Models) and of an assessment for development of networking schools (shared model) are at the ‘high’ level. it is found
that the feasibility and suitability of the assessment standard of the school model and the shared model falls on the ‘high’
level. and II. The acquired operational plan for development of teachers and administrators shows that have carried out
the analytical thinking skill development project , learning management task project, organization development research
project and learning innovation development research project. The operational plans consist of thinking skill development
and production and utilization of media for learning development project for shared model .
