บทคัดย่ อ
การวิ จัยครั้ งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่ อ ) สร้ างและหาประสิ ทธิ ภาพของแบบฝึ กทั กษะการเขี ยนตอบข้อสอบ
ประเภทอัตนัยตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน ) เปรี ยบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ ทางการเรียนในรายวิชาการจัดการการผลิตของนักศึ กษา
คณะบริหารธุ รกิจ มหาวิทยาลัยราชธานี วิทยาเขตอุดรธานี ก่ อนและหลังการใช้แบบฝึ กทักษะการเขียนตอบข้อสอบประเภท

ประเภทอัตนัย กลุ่มตัวอย่างมี จานวน คน ได้จากการสุ่มแบบเจาะจง ใช้รู ปแบบการวิจัยเชิงทดลอง เครื่ องมือทางสถิ ติที่ใช้
ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่ วนเบี่ ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่ าที ผลการวิเคราะห์ พบว่า ประสิทธิภาพของแบบฝึ กทักษะการเขียนตอบ
ข้อสอบประเภทอัตนัยสู งกว่าเกณฑ์ ที่ตั้ งไว้ทาให้ผลสัมฤทธิ์ ทางการเรี ยนหลังการใช้แบบฝึ กทักษะสูงกว่ าก่อนการใช้
แบบฝึ กทักษะที่ ระดับนัยสาคัญ นักศึกษาเห็ นว่าวิธีนี้ มีประโยชน์มาก

Abstract
The objectives of this research were 1) to develop an answer writing skill development lessons for subjective
tests and determining its efficiency by 80/80 skim ) to compare learning effectiveness in the Production Management
subject of the bachelor degree's students, Faculty of Business Administration, Ratchathani University, Udonthani Campus
by the designed training through the prepared subject tests before and after the learning period, and 3) to study the said
group of students’ opinions on the method. The experimental type of research was selected. The sample size of 30 students
was collected according to the purposive random sampling method. A t-test along with a mean and a standard deviation
were utilized. Results showed that efficiency of the lessons were higher than standard, learning effectiveness was
significantly higher than before training at the 0.05 level. Finally, students agreed that this method was highly useful.
