บทคัดยอ
ผลการศึกษาการปฏิบั ติประสบการณวิชาชีพในประเด็นคุ ณภาพ ความพึงพอใจ และสภาพป ญหาที่ครูพี่ เลี้ยง
พบจากการปฏิบั ติประสบการณวิชาชี พของนิสิ ต (กศ.บ. 4 ป และ5 ป ) และการศึกษาความพึงพอใจและสภาพปญหาใน
มุมมองของนิ สิต ปรากฏผลการวิจัยที่ สําคัญ ดังนี้ ครู พี่เลี้ยงเห็ นวานิ สิตที่ไปปฏิบั ติประสบการณ วิชาชีพในหนวยงานมี
คุณภาพดีทั้ งดานการเตรียมความพรอม ดานการปรับตั ว ดานการแสดงออกในพฤติ กรรมตางๆด านภาระหนาที่ ที่
รับผิดชอบ ดานวิธี การสอนและสื่อที่นํ ามาใชในการสอน โดยเฉพาะประสิ ทธิภาพการทํางานของนิสิตวิชาเอกการวัด
และประเมิ นทางการศึกษา กศ.บ. 4 ป มีสูงกวานิ สิต กศ.บ. 5 ป นอกจากนี้ พบวา นิสิ ตทั้งสองระดับยังมี ปญหาบางใน
การปรับตัว การสื่อสาร ทักษะการพิมพ หนังสือราชการ และการใชสื่อคอมพิ วเตอรเพื่อการวิเคราะห ขอมูล สําหรั บความ
พึ งพอใจของนิสิตต อการปฏิบัติประสบการณวิชาชีพ พบวา ทั้งสองกลุ มมีความพึงพอใจในระดับมากเช นเดียวกัน แต
แตกตางกันในระดับของปญหา กล าวคือ นิสิต กศ.บ. 4 ป และ กศ.บ. 5 ป สะทอนปญหาการปฏิบัติประสบการณวิชาชีพ
อยูในระดับนอยถึงระดับปานกลางตามลําดับ

Abstract
The results of this study in terms of quality, satisfaction and problems of mentor teachers toward the fourth-
and fifth-year students and the satisfaction and problems from students’ viewpoint revealed important results as
follows. Mentor teachers agreed that students who have practiced professional experience in organizations were high
quality in terms of well-preparation, adaptation, responsibilities, teaching methodology and media used for teaching.
The working efficiency of the fourth-year students was higher than the fifth-year students. Moreover, it has been
found that students at both levels faced problems regarding adaptation, communication, typing skill for official letters
and computer for data analysis. For students’ satisfaction toward professional experience practice, it has been found
that both groups had the high satisfaction level but the level of problems students faced was different. The fourth- and
fifth-year students reflected the problems of professional experience practice at the low and medium levels
respectively.
