บทคัดย่อ
ชุดปฎิบัติการนอกเวลาเรื่องของไหลมีจุดประสงค์หลักคือ 1) เพื่อพัฒนาผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน 2) เพื่อพัฒนา
ทักษะขั้ นบูรณาการ 3) เพื่อศึกษาความคงทนของความรู้ งานวิจัยนี้ทาการทดลองกับนักเรียนโครงการพิเศษชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปี
ที่ 5 โรงเรียนหาดใหญ่วิทยาลัย แบ่งนักเรียนออกเป็นกลุ่มตัวอย่ างและกลุ่มควบคุม เนื้อหาประกอบด้วย 3 เรื่อง คือ ความตึ ง
ผิว ความหนืด และหลักแบร์นุลลี โดยแต่ละเรื่อง แบ่งเป็น 3 ตอน ให้นักเรียนออกแบบการทดลองและทาการทดลองนอก
เวลา ซึ่งเมื่อนักเรียนได้ทาการทดลองตามชุดปฏิบัติการ พบว่าผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนทั้งสามเรื่องของนักเรียนกลุ่ มตัวอย่าง
และกลุ่มควบคุมไม่มีความแตกต่างกัน แต่เมื่อเวลาผ่านไป 2 เดือน ผลสัมฤทธ์ทางเรียนเรื่ อง ความหนืดและหลั กของแบร์นุล
ลี ของนักเรียนกลุ่ มตัวอย่างสูงกว่านักเรียนกลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมี นัยสาคัญที่ระดั บ .01 ทักษะขั้นบูรณาการ ขอนักเรียนกลุ่ม
ตัวอย่างมีพัฒนาการหลั งเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียน และมีความก้าวหน้าทางการเรียนของชั้นเฉลี่ ยอยู่ระดับสูง

Abstract
The purpose of this research was to study the development of the students’ achievement on fluid concept using
over time experiment modules. This research experiment with gifted students of mattayomsuksa V Hatyaiwittayalai
school. This module consists of surface tension, viscosity and Bernoulli’s principal topic. Students were asked to design
and carry out the experiment by themselves. The results show that student’s achievement were not significantly mean
different comparing between the sample and experiment group. Two months later, students were asked to do the test
again, we found that the student’s achievements were considerably different at a significant level of .01 on sample group
in topic of viscosity and Bernoulli, and we also found that the gain of integrated science process skill increases after using
this modules. The class average normalized gain was also in the high gain.
